Gregori Surgery Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

I went to this Surgical Center when I had my ivf cycle one egg retrieval. The office is clean and inviting. In the waiting room there is a screen to show what patient is next and the progress of their surgerical procedure. The front desk attendant she was kind and helpful. When I went to the pre op part of the facility, I was greeted by nurse Veronica. She asked the preliminary questions about my health history. I was surprised that she did the mental math and knew when my last major surgery was in year 1997 so that I did nor have to trace back the year. She was attentive and tried to put in my iv. My veins are stubborn so it was a challenge, another nurse came to help and no success after some attempts they said they'll put the iv in at the operation room. Dr. Mann was calm and caring. She told me about the procedure and when walked into the operating room, another nurse found a good vein to put the iv in. When putting in the iv Dr. Mann massage my head to calm me, I really appreciated that. Especially because it took a couple of attempts before getting into the OR and the vein was found. Historically from my medical surgeries I have had challenges getting iv put in because my veins are not prominent when you look at my skin; so I told them ahead of time and they really understood and tried their best. The anesthesia part I did not feel the warm feeling as they described but I was calm as soon as the iv went in. They are thorough and made sure it was stated of my medication allergy to motrin. When waking up, there was a nurse there right away to greet me and their was light music playing which helped me with the worrying about the results of the egg retrieval. The whole staff were A+. I have 2 more cycles of ivf so I will be seeing this surgical team again. I'm pleased with the customer service at the front desk, to the Surgical team and the nurses post OP.
The receptionist was very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The nurses were also kind and attentive, making sure I understood each step of the process. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the helpful and caring staff.
The nursing staff was remarkable and my Dr. Seymour always makes an uncomfortable situation doable! Thank you!
